Our Staff
Kris Molnar (Executive Director) worked in executive management in the financial industry for many years. She has served as a Board Chair and Executive Committee Member of a two-hospital system, as well as served on numerous non-profit foundation boards in the Upper Ohio Valley. Objectives include building a foundation for RETI’s future growth, with a focus on communication and education of pre-hospital professionals within the West Virginia trauma system.
Lorri White, RHIA (Assistant Program Manager) has many years of experience working with hospital trauma registry systems and supporting the West Virginia Trauma System. Primary responsibilities would include direction and guidance to employees and grantors through supervision, mentoring, project management and program development. She manages all employee, corporate and organizational records and resources.
Shirley Morrison, NRP, RBA (Program Manager) has been an EMS Provider since 1998. She works with RETI as the Program Manager of the Medical Coordination Center (MCC) in Sutton/Flatwoods, WV. Westcom Medical Command serves Region 5 and the RETI Training Institute. The Training Institute provides initial PearsonVue testing for EMT-B, EMT-P and AEMT along with recertification education for all EMS Providers in West Virginia through in person and online courses.
Jeremy Laird, (Data Manager / WV State Registrar) helps develop and provide an ongoing comprehensive educational process for data registrars within the West Virginia Trauma, Designation and Categorization Program. Ongoing and development, implementation and management of a data validation process for the WV Trauma, Designation, and Categorization Program(s) Registries. Development, management and implementation of structured processes for the reporting of data from the WV State Trauma Registry. Ongoing development and implementation of data registries for WV OEMS Trauma, Designation and Categorization Program(s).
Jennifer Miller, BSN is RETI’s financial oversight staff member, works with RETI administration and vendors to assure proper reporting and payment of items necessary to support RETI’s operation.
LeeAnne South, supports RETI administration and grantors by organizing activities and providing expertise in the technology needed to assure communication needs are met.
Cayla Long is located in our Sutton/Flatwoods, West Virginia location where she manages training center activities and provides assistance to the PearsonVue Testing Center. She also works with the foundational communication aspects of our ECHO program which provides Ethics topic for both Healthcare and Prehospital Professionals.
